“Maintain your sanity.”
Most of us women can’t resist the urge to talk on the phone, feed the baby, go through the day’s mail, and cook a meal all at the same time. Many women are experts at combining activities, and admittedly there is a sense of satisfaction in being able to do many things at once.
Hold on! When you’re juggling like this day in and day out you’ll end up feeling fragmented, worn down and fed up. If it goes on too long, resentment will creep in.
Instead of being Superwoman every minute of every day, take time to slow down. A slower pace is essential to keeping your stress levels in check and helping those around you stay balanced.
